What is the rationale for this?
openoffice.org-* is only listed as recommended packages, so you can remove them
without removing kubuntu-desktop. So there is barely any difference.
At installation you will still get openoffice, regardless if there is a
kubuntu-alt-koffice or if kubuntu-desktop recommends
openoffice.org|koffice, so you will have to uninstall openoffice and
install koffice in any case.
