#1 who knows, I can't do anything other than whatever is in front of me. can't go back a page, trying to 'manage add-ons' results in shut down of firefox, and since I have to try and remember every site I have posted this problem on, than re enter my log-in info and password each time, than search for my problem... blah blah blah, this sucks.
