In KDE 4.2 the akonadi console icon properly shows up in the development
submenu.
The "Plasma" entry is likely that of the "Plasma" screensaver in the rss-glx
package, which has an invalid .desktop file.
In the interest of keeping bug reports easy-to-read/manageable, I would
suggest filing a separate bug against rss-glx for the invalid .desktop
file.
