It seems setting AGPmode to 4 stops the trouble. I have to play a whole dvd at once to see if this problem also disappeared
If it does, I will post (as said in this wiki-link) the correct settings with my card/driver/northbridge combination. It seems good for now, didn't have a lock up with lots op openGL-games since I tried AGPmode on 4. THanks!
