Here's a list of problems...
Screen:
- Brightness keys not properly detected. I can dim and brighten the screen, but
after leaving for some time and then returning, Ubuntu will turn it to full
brightness
VGA:
-unable to detect resolution of connecting display
-only provides a screen resolution up to 800 x 600 (even when mirroring screen)
-when vga is disable, laptop screen goes black with only mouse showing
Power:
-every time I plug the power cord in, Evolution program will pop up.

Here's the my laptop specs...
- Asus EEE PC 1000HA
- Ubuntu 8.10 installed using CD
- using 8.10 kernel: 2.6.27-8-eeepc (switch to it to fix WiFi problem)
