Hi Jesse, If you are able to, can you try installing the linux-backports-modules- intrepid package to see if it helps. It has an updated compat wireless stack. Additionally, if you would also be willing to test the latest Jaunty Alpha release that would be helpful to verify if this will be an issue in the upcoming Jaunty release. You should be able to test Jaunty via a LiveCD - http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ . Jaunty will contain a 2.6.28 based kernel. As a last resort I'd also recommend trying the latest compat-wireless stack from upstream - http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Download#DownloadlatestLinuxwirelessdrivers .
