For me, totem-mozilla does *NOT* work. The only plugin that really works
is gecko-mediaplayer. However, it uses gnome-mplayer which always
increases PCM volume to 100% at start (it'll make me deaf one day...).
Newer version of gnome-mplayer (0.9 instead of 0.6, takef from getdeb)
has an option to set the default volume. However, this version does not
work with my Hardy's gecko-mediaplayer plugin...

Nevertheless, still *NOTHING* besides gecko-mediaplayer works for me...
