I am also affected by this bug - since upgrading to Intrepid. Did not happen with hardy on same hardware. Does not happen with Win* XP Pro installed on the same machine (different partition), so I assume hardware is OK. Does, however, happen with the official Intrepid live CD as well, so it is most likely a problem with the default configuration. Occurs about every 20sec when surfing the I-Net (I needed to try three times to load this this page). Disabling TCP Checksum Offload does not help, it gets disabled automatically after a while (see dmesg.txt).
