* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
- debian/patches/002_embeddedbitmap_property.patch:
+ Allow "embeddedbitmap" property in fontconfig.
- debian/patches/libXft-2.1.10-lcd-filter-3.patch:
+ Use new FreeType LCD colour filtering features, with additional
modification that the specific LCD Filter can be changed
(LP: #305399).
