Closing since i in >Gutsy versions of Ubuntu seem to have themes manager
for compiz-fusion
search shows:
emerald - Decorator for compiz-fusion
libemeraldengine-dev - Development files for emerald engines
libemeraldengine0 - Decoration engines for compiz-fusion
