+ USB boot disk creator terminates with error without any obivous reason (just
reference to error log which contains no error information). The problem turned
out to be an incomplete (truncated) iso file. Thus, reading the content failed
when EOF is reached. But the exception is not catched properly nor is there any
log output.

Tried to create USB boot disk from ubuntu 8.10 live cd for ubuntu
8.10_alternate iso image (which is located on windows partition). Also
fails when persistence size is set to 0.
No reasons for error except 'Please see .usb-creator.log'. The logs
