I managed to manually install F5networks Firepass on Firefox 3, by following attached instructions (put np_F5_SSL_VPN.so in correct folder and unzip SSLVpn.tgz in /usr/local/lib/F5networks). This worked very well in Fedora 9 and 10, but there seems to be an issue in Ubuntu intrepid ibex. The plugin says I am correctly connected, and I get a correct IP adress, but I can't ping any network resource, and the routes aren't correctly created. The problem is the same if I install Firefox-2. I think there is a bug in Ubuntu 8.10, but I didn't find any solution, although I have searched in many forums.
