I had the same problem.
The procedures are:
Edit (as root) /etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf:
1) Locate the lines
[ifupdown]
managed=false
2) And change the value for the attribute managed for true
[ifupdown]
managed=true
No problems for me now :)
