Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libc6-dev

When I try to cross compile programs for an ARM processor (omap3) that
use bswap_32() directly or indirectly through functions like htons() the
compiler complains:

error: invalid 'asm': invalid operand for code 'w'

This only happens when __builtin_constant_p returns 0.
