This is not a solution to the poor user communication of the Automatically convert to: drop down. Automatically means without user interaction. The Transkode method requires a great deal of user interaction. This button definitely needs to be greyed out like the moodbar section is when moodbar is not installed. Following the same lines... it needs to have a link to full instructions of how to get the feature to work.
Having a feature that gives no user feedback and no results is just plain broken. Just having transkode installed and running Amarok still does not automatically convert the files to the format of the portable media device. This definitely needs a fix. Even if it's only in user interface and feedback. -- amarok doesn't perform format conversion for media devices https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/222090 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
