Sometimes mouseemu gets confused and doesn't register left clicks. This
intermittent problem can be cleared by right or middle clicking once or
a few times.
Right click is mapped to the Apple Key + Click, and middle click is
mapped to Ctrl + Click in /etc/defaults/mouseemu. F11 & F12 button
emulation is disabled in /etc/sysctl.conf.
