never mind, the ignoring of /usr/lib/aspell/tex-filter.info was caused by me mucking up my /etc/aspell.conf. figured that out now.
** Description changed: This is on ubuntu intrepid, with aspell from the repos, version 0.60.6-1 the aspell package does not include a default /etc/aspell.conf (which is supposed to be there, as per the documentation). further, it does not include a default tex.conv, nor the mk-tex.conv.pl script to generate a default tex.conv. - the former is not that great of a problem, since a default .conf can be - generated with "aspell dump config", and then parameters can be changed. - - a missing tex.conv, however, is a bigger problem, since spellchecking a - tex file ends up prompting on all the non-words in tex command - arguments. - is there any reason these were excluded from the aspell package? -- aspell package missing aspell.conf and tex.conv https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/315609 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
