Since the original problem is gone I'll go ahead and close out this bug.
It's true that mesa/drm/intel are still a work in progress, but
improvements have been coming regularly, so I don't think we need a bug
open for tracking that.
Thanks for testing the bleeding edge stuff; if you find problems or have
questions, I'd encourage you to chat with upstream about them; they may
appreciate having the additional feedback.
