Yep, the automated scripts seem to do okay on 95% of the bugs, but not
as well on wishlist or packaging bugs (like this one).  (Open to ideas
on how to improve the scripts to catch these kinds of bugs more
reliably.)  On the plus side, this mis-triaging has helped flag the
issue for more immediate review at least.

The configure script doesn't have an option to turn this off, so it
sounds like this problem should be forwarded upstream.  Marking as such.
