hi all, I'm experiencing the same problem on:
Dell Latitude D630
wifi card: Broadcom Corporation BCM4328 802.11a/b/g/n (rev 03).
In order to get my wifi card working I installed the relative driver (Broadcom
STA wireless driver) by the Restricted-Drivers-Manager app.
After this I was getting random system crashes (blinking caps & num lock
lights). I had this problem only with some wifi-routers while with others ones
I encountered no problems at all...
Then I disabled the Broadcom driver in the Restricted-Drivers-Manager app, I
downloaded the wireless driver from Dell driver web page and I installed it
using ndisgtk (ndiswrapper front-end) and I workarounded the problem!!
So I suggest everybody try this solution...
Hope this helps,
best regards
