I'm using linux-restricted-modules_2.6.27-11.16, but still getting
random panics (lockup with Caps-Lock flashing, nothing in the logs).
I've tried enabling the b43 driver -- despite having loaded the
firmware, unloading wl, and following every howto I can find, the b43
module does nothing except load obediently. No wlan0 installed, no
wireless ability in network-manager, no errors. I'm running this
machine on the wl driver and waiting for the next panic.

chip: Broadcom Corporation BCM4311 802.11b/g WLAN (rev 02)

I guess I'll give ndiswrapper a try, but that's always a longshot in my
experience.
