Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: glipper

Frequently (about 60%) Glipper fails to load when I start Ubuntu
Intrepid and I receive an 'Error' dialog box with following error info:

'The panel encountered a problem while loading "OAFIID:Glipper".
Do you want to delete the applet from your configuration?'

I choose "Don't Delete' and usually, at the next boot Glipper just
initialises correctly.
