Reopening the bug. Test case:
1. Open kompozer
2. Select menu "insert"
3. Hoover over it
Result: Kompozer crashes.
This bug exists only in Intrepid. Kompozer in hardy works just fine.
Maybe related to #263441 (however that bug is specific to the "recent
files menu
