Thank you, bobodod, for reporting back. 0.14.2 is in Jaunty, setting to
Fix Released. Intrepid users are advised to update via my PPA to 0.14.3
if they are affected.
I'd like to add that a gourmet PPA is not the fix-all. Personally, I
believe it will bind more manpower than it is worth. Effectively, we'd
be doubling the effort necessary for packaging. As Debian package
maintainer, I welcome people who want to help with packaging, but I
think a concerted effort will have a better impact. Understanding and
fixing bugs does take time, there is just no way around it. Writing
software, packaging software and managing a distribution are closely
linked but each follow their own rules.
