thanks Peter for your tip to disable AHCI on my laptop. (Thinkpad T61p running 2.6.24-23-rt Ubunutu-Studio) Wakeup after supsend doesnt show COMRESET error anymore and and 30 sec pause before login window disappeared. Now even wlan is up again after suspend
