Binary package hint: cupsys
Each time that Sinaptic update my Ubuntu, cupsys is not configured because an
error of permission denied raises. Even when I am root, and I try to start and
stop the service by myself that error is prompted.
I am not able to configure or use any printer either.

cupsys inform that there are no privileges to access the file although I am
logged like root. This application can not be updated by the manager.
