Codec plugins that can't land in multiverse for legal reasons could
probably find their way into the Medibuntu repository. So first it
should be clear what can go to mutliverse and what not. Then there
should be some decisions on packaging, like how to split those codecs
and what names, versions and so forth they should get.

This way we could seperate the medibuntu part and do a packing request
on https://bugs.launchpad.net/medibuntu very early, so changes are
higher for people to easily get all those codecs plugins by the release
of Jaunty.
