i do not have another keyboard to check, therefore i can only state that the problem also occurs with a cherry streamline keyboard G230. It doesn't matter whether I connect it via a PS/2 adapter or directly use the usb connector. Furthermore at least for me, this problem is not around since the beginning of 8.10 it got introduced in some updates in the last week.
