Let's do this in two steps. First, we need to resolve this bug, so you
can boot your system. Secondly, we need to know were this bug comes
from.
First)
- Boot until you're in the initramfs shell
- Type "cat /proc/cmdline". Write down the output of the line.
- Type "cat /proc/modules; ls /dev". Write down the output as well.
- Boot with a Live-CD (if you have it). Open a console and type "blkid". We
need this output as well.
- Update this bug with the information you gathered
Second)
Do you happen to know the kernel you used before? The output of "ls -ltr
/boot/vmlinuz*" might give some clues.
