Thank you for your bug report. That doesn't sound like a panel bug - the
window that appears is part of gnome-session. I can't recreate this
either, so it might be something specific to your window manager
settings. Could you please run "gconftool-2 -R /apps/compiz >
compiz.gconf" and attach the resulting file "compiz.gconf" to this bug
report so I can have a look at your Compiz settings.
