I have to confirm this bug. I'm using a Toshiba Satellite Toshiba L350-107 (Model PSLD0E) This is the chip info: IntelĀ® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG (802.11a/b/g)
On 8.04 I had to manually download the linux drivers and install them, they worked quite well (except the frequent disconnect) On 8.10 these drivers were in the kernel, but now I get disconnected after a second or too and it nearly never comes back.
