Yeah, I'm pretty sure that the weather applet not working was due to a
bug in KDE itself, since we were including the dataengine. And since
that works now, the rest of it is pretty much bug 315155, which already
has a number of dupes assigned to it. For that reason I will make this
bug a duplicate of that even if it was technically reported before that
one.
