Public bug reported:
Seemingly randomly the system becomes unresponsive.
No key presses have any affect.
No mouse clicks have any affect.
The mouse pointer does still move round the screen normally as the user moves
it.
A hard reset is required to regain access to the system.
Is there any way to provide more info?
There is no Oops is syslog.
