Do you still have this problem with the new version of OOo in the ppa at
https://launchpad.net/~openoffice-pkgs/+archive ?
If you do can you tell me the exact steps you take to try to do this? I
seem to not know how to do it and upstream is confused as to what you
are wanting as well.
