I have a Courier IMAP account with some shared folders:
->INBOX
->shared
|--> JunkMail
|--> FalsePositive
|--> SpamDetected
|--> Undetected
|--> VirusInfected
After adding this IMAP account the first time, the shared folders don't
show up though I see them in Mozilla Thunderbird. So I tried to
subscribe them locally, but since then kmail/kontact crashes whenever I
try to open any folder of that IMAP account, including the inbox and all
subfolders.
