The toshiba quirk was incorrect; I'm surprised it worked decently at all in intrepid. For jaunty, you should not use any quirks, i.e., you should remove the "options snd-hda-intel model=auto" line from /etc/modprobe.d*/*.
If, after a fresh reboot, sound remains inaudible, please use the test quirk. ----- Original Message ---- From: crashfourit <crashfou...@gmail.com> To: crimsu...@yahoo.com Sent: Monday, January 19, 2009 12:40:05 AM Subject: [Bug 318637] Re: no sound on HP Pavilion tx2510us Here it is: http://www.alsa- project.org/db/?f=106f70f3b65767e0f5b1eb62f7d9b46f2278ffb8 -- no sound on HP Pavilion tx2510us https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/318637 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
