I have found another bug in the pdftopdf filter which I have fixed now.Do Download this new attachment and do again
sudo cp pdftopdf /usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftopdf sudo chmod 755 /usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftopdf and try again.
