I didn't touch /etc/fstab, this came with the clean installation. But
now when I think back, I might had copied the CD to an USB stick, and
installed using the stick instead of the cd drive, which would trick the
installer into thinking the "CD" is at /dev/sdb1 - the usual usb stick
device name. D'oh :)
