Binary package hint: fdisk-udeb
HFS/HFS+ type 0xaf missing from i386_sys_types.c causing fdisk to report
unknown where encountering a hfs partition.
Changed type 0xab from Darwin boot to OSX/Darwin Boot for greater
clarification and added type 0xaf HFS / HFS+ to partition type
information table.
