yes 1. right click on any panel and select Properties->Background 2. set the Background Image to a image. 3. Close the Panel Properties 4. Reopen the Panel Properties->Background 5. change the Background to None (use system theme) 6. Close the Panel Properties 7. delete the folder that contained the original image for the panel background you chose. 8. reopen the Panel Properties again and you should get the following error: The folder contents could not be displayed Error stating file 'path to old file that is not in use' No such file or directory
