THIS IS NOT DUPLICATE OF BUG 31006,
I am merely trying to update 8.10,, not upgrade to 9.??,, just trying to update
8.10 ,,trying to get updates for 8.10.. have changed sources but the outcome is
the same failure...
any help would be appreciated... again it is not the same bug.
