Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: update-manager
When update-manager is running, it cannot be put below other windows, it brings
itself to the front again.
It also de-iconifies itself. Therefore it is very difficult to use other
programs running in parallel.
I use the compiz window manager and 'gnome-ubuntu'.
