Public bug reported:
The issue i am facing is related to "Theme Installer". When i click on "Theme
Installer" the mouse pointer goes into busy mode for about 10 Seconds and after
that it returns to normal position without any output like an error message or
an application window. I am trying to install few themes but it doesn't work
this way. The steps i perform to install a theme is goto Appearance
Preferences-Themes and then click on Install Button, i can install themes this
way but not by using Theme Installer. So i wanted to report this to
developers/support staff about it.
The Version of Ubuntu i am using is Ubuntu 8.10.
