Marking Invalid for update-manager.
suomi-malaga and libvoikko were acked some time ago, but they haven't
been acted upon by the archive administators. On Monday evening I
uploaded the corresponding new openoffice.org-voikko to Debian
experimental, and now made a sync request about it, too (bug #319334).
After all of those three are in Ubuntu, this bug will be fixed.
