Hi, It happens when I'm printing more than one page also. I get the print dialog, make my selections, and then there is hesitation for a couple seconds and then FF quits unexpectedly. I do have the Adblock Plus 1.0 extension installed. Perhaps that has been a factor. I am on FF 3.05 on Mac OS X 10.4.11 and it happens less often, but seems more likely to be a memory leakage issue that spooling the print job just "pushes it over the edge."
