Confirmed. Translations in the upstream package are KOI8-R encoded, and
msgconv -t UTF-8 po/ru.po looks just fine. Rosetta's file has proper
cyrillic letters, but they are totally scrambled and do not make any
sense at all. This only seems to affect the imported bits from upstream,
some strings (which were translated in Rosetta proper) are ok.
