While installing proftpd on feisty:
Setting up proftpd (1.3.0-16) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/proftpd.postinst: 167: update-inetd: not found
dpkg: error processing proftpd (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 127
Errors were encountered while processing:
proftpd
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
update-inetd is no more in netbase package. As we drop inetd dependency
on netbase, we do not install update-inetd by default. proftpd need to
depends explicitly on update-inetd.
