Hi, I have installed Ubuntu 8.10 on a Dell Precision T7400 workstation as well.
I am a novice with this OS, but as the person above, I have noticed that the
transfer rate on eth0 was extremely slow.
I would like therefore to reopen this bug to find some help solve this problem.
