I've tried installing as above using the finnish language (and was not
prompted for "full translations"). I tried installing all the various
finnish language packs. Since this is on Ubuntu 8.10, and the problem
was reported with 5.10, I'm going to assume the problem was resolved in
one of the recent releases.
If you are still experiencing issues with this, can you update this
ticket with those details and if you have tried the latest Ubuntu
release.
