Public bug reported:
There are in the system monitor applet a possibility to show a network activity
graph.
When I m downloading a big file (from repositary ubuntu.com), the graph is
descending to 0 and after up to max and descending to zero...
See a image to understand.
I don't thinks that this is a good graph. I think it may be
"constant"... there is a bug like "-1"
